This is the deposit for a group of 5-7 people for permanent jewelry. The final payment requirement to be made is $300. Please know that this deposit is non-refundable and will be used to your final in store purchase of your piece of jewelry.

Shipping Policy

All orders will be packaged and shipped out within 1-5 business days.

All orders placed Saturday night thru Tuesday night will be shipped out Wednesday morning.

Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

All returns will be refunded in the form of store credit. Please contact us at diamondinthenorth@gmail.com if you need to return or exchange an item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any damages claimed after 3 days of packaged being delivered will not be eligible for store credit or exchange.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), BIKINI BOTTOMS, ADITN x CK collection crewneck and tee, and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund for store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given a gift card to use online. If you would like to use your gift card in store for future purchases please bring your proof of gift card with you to the store.
